(A) Each user of water service for the village shall be charged a monthly sewer service fee for the use of said service to be paid with the user's water bill for that month as follows:
(1) First 1,000 gallons or fraction thereof: $17.25;
(2) Each additional 1,000 gallons or fraction thereof: $6.73; and
(3) The minimum monthly charge for sewer service shall be $17.25.
(B) The village reserves the right to make such reasonable changes in rates and in conditions herein established and to establish further rules and regulations from time to time as may be found expeditious or necessary.
(C) All rates for sewer as set forth in division (A) above shall increase of 1.5% per year, to be effective on May 1 of each year; provided, the Board of Trustees, at its first regular meeting in March of each year, shall review the then current status of the village’s Water and Sewer Fund to determine if the rates currently in effect should be adjusted to properly reflect changes in the financial condition of such fund.
