§ 51.097 DEPOSITING GARBAGE AND THE LIKE IN PRIVIES.
   No person shall throw into or deposit in any vault, sink, privy, catch basin or cesspool any offal, ashes, meat, fish, garbage or other substance, nor shall any slops or kitchen wastes be allowed to run into any privy.
