§ 51.052 NOTIFICATION OF SUPERINTENDENT FOR INSPECTION.
   (A)   It shall be the duty of the owner or his or her agent to notify the Superintendent of Public Works orally, by telephone, or in writing, not less than eight working hours before the work is to be inspected and have a time set for the inspection.
   (B)   If the Superintendent of Public Works finds on inspection that the work and materials entered into the work are not satisfactory, the owner or his or her agent shall remedy the defect and then renotify the Superintendent of Public Works as above and arrange for a reinspection.
   (C)   If the Superintendent of Public Works fails to appear within 24 hours of the time set for an inspection, the inspection shall be deemed to have been made.
