§ 51.041 NOTICE TO BE GIVEN TO SUPERINTENDENT BEFORE COMMENCEMENT OF WORK.
   In every case of a proposed sewer connection, notice shall be given to the Superintendent of Public Works specifying the time and place where the work is to commence. Such notice shall be in writing and given at least three full days prior to the commencement of the work.
