§ 51.023 FORFEITURE OF PERMIT OR LICENSE.
   Any person or other party to whom a permit or license shall have been issued and who shall neglect, refuse or fail to make good any defect or fault in any of the work done or materials used under any permit or license after 30 days’ written notice thereof from the Superintendent of Public Works, shall not be permitted to do any further or additional work of constructing any sewer, connection or drain or appurtenances until such defects or faults have been made good in a manner satisfactory to the Superintendent of Public Works. In the event of such neglect, refusal or failure, any existing permit or license in favor of such person or other party shall be revoked by the Superintendent of Public Works and the bond of such, persons enforced as to past defaults.
