§ 51.022 PERMIT FEE.
   (A)   Each application for such permit shall be accompanied by a fee in an amount shown on the fee schedule of the village.
   (B)   No applicant owing money to the village for fees required by this chapter either for the work described in any such application or for any previous work performed, or inspections made hereunder, shall be granted a permit for such work.
