§ 100.02 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   GARBAGE. Waste resulting from the handling, processing, preparation, cooking and consumption of food, and wastes from the handling, processing, storage and sale of produce.
   RESIDENTIAL WASTE. Garbage and the casual or occasional refuse, rubbish or debris which may be generated from a private household.
   SINGLE FAMILY DWELLING. Single family homes and duplexes.
