§ 51.009 SANITARY SEWER DISCHARGE IN CERTAIN STORM SEWER PROHIBITED.
   (A)   Definition. For the purpose of this section, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
      STORM SEWER. A sewer which carries storm and surface waters and drainage, but excludes sewage and industrial wastes other than unpolluted cooling water.
   (B)   Discharge prohibited. Persons are prohibited from discharging sanitary sewage and industrial wastewater into any storm sewers constructed as a part of the improvement on (FAP Route 406, Illinois Route 121, Section 90-107-1) Pearl Street (Illinois Route 9) from Chestnut Street to the eastern corporate limits of the village.
