§ 51.008 STORM, SURFACE AND GROUND WATER.
   No roofs or outside areas of any kind shall be drained into any house connection which drains into a sewer and no roof downspouts or conductors shall in any case be discharged directly or indirectly into the house connection and thence into a sewer the village.
