§ 51.006 INDUSTRIAL WASTES AND SEWAGE.
   No person shall discharge or cause or permit the discharge of industrial wastes into any public sewer system, which directly or indirectly discharges into the sewer system of the village without the approval of the Superintendent of Public Works and the Board of Trustees.
