§ 51.004 NEW BUILDINGS, CESSPOOLS, SEPTIC OR SEWAGE TANKS.
   (A)   No cesspool, septic or other sewage tank shall be constructed hereafter on property to which a public sanitary sewer is accessible.
   (B)   No septic tank or cesspool hereafter constructed shall be connected in any way, directly or indirectly, to the public sewer system.
