(A) If a person does any of the following, the Violations Clerk shall report this fact to the Town Attorney:
(1) Denies an ordinance violation;
(2) Fails to satisfy a penalty assessed by the Violations Clerk after having entered an admission of violation; or
(3) Fails to admit or deny the violation within 30 days.
(B) This chapter shall become effective and be in full force as provided by law.
