(A) All penalties provided for hereunder shall be paid to, receipted and accounted for by the Violations Clerk in accordance with the procedures provided for by the State Board of Accounts.
(B) Payment of penalties hereunder may be made in person or by mail to the Violations Clerk.
(C) A person charged with the violation of an ordinance hereunder is entitled to a trial before a court as provided by law, and to exercise the right to trial, the person shall appear before the Violations Clerk and deny the violation or enter a written denial with the Violations Clerk.
(D) A person charged with the violation of an ordinance hereunder may waive the right to trial before a court and enter an admission of the violation before the Violations Clerk in person or by mail. Upon admission of the violation, the Violations Clerk shall assess and receive the penalty prescribed by the schedule of ordinances provided for in § 35.04.
