§ 35.03 SCOPE OF AUTHORITY OF VIOLATIONS CLERK.

   The Violations Clerk may accept:

   (A)   Written appearances;

   (B)   Waivers of trial;

   (C)   Admissions of violations; and

   (D)   Payment of penalties or fines of not more than $250 for ordinance violations, subject to the schedule prescribed by § 35.04.
