(A) At each annual renewal date of the health, vision, dental and life policies, the Town Council shall make available health insurance benefits for all full-time salaried employees and all full-time hourly employees.
(B) Health, vision, dental and life insurance benefits for the employee, minus $1 to be deducted from each employee’s bi-weekly paycheck, shall be paid for by the town and any dependent coverage shall be paid for by the town.
(C) As of November 1, 2012, each employee shall have a Health Savings Account (hereinafter referred to as “HSA”) established in his or her name. A deposit of $3,500 shall be deposited into each employee’s HSA for the period of November 2012 through December 2013. As of January 1, 2014, annual deposits of $3,000 ($250 per month) shall be deposited into each employee’s HSA. All expenditures of an HSA shall follow federal guidelines as prescribed by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS).
