§ 34.02  SICK DAYS.
   (A)   All full-time (minimum of 30 hours per week) salaried and full-time hourly paid employees shall accrue six sick days per calendar year.
   (B)   Sick days may be accumulated or carried over from year to year up to 15 days.
   (C)   If an employee resigns or is terminated during the year, his or her sick time entitlement will be pro-rated according to the actual number of months worked. Any sick time taken over the pro-rated amount will be charged for pay back against the employee's last pay check.
   (D)   The Police Chief’s working day shall consist of 12 hours per day for the purpose of this section.
