(A) All full-time (minimum of 40 hours per week) employees shall be entitled to and the town shall provide paid time off (“PTO”), which PTO may be classified as personal days, sick days, holidays, vacation, bereavement leave or otherwise, as may be designated by the Town Council in accordance with the terms of the benefit plans in place from time to time.
(B) Full-time (minimum of 40 hours per week) employees shall be eligible for such insurance benefits as may be provided by the town in accordance with the terms of the town’s benefit plans in place from time to time.
