(A) A non-reverting fund to be known as the Community Crossings Matching Grant Fund (the “Fund”) is established.
(B) Expenditures from the Fund are restricted to expenses related to the construction/reconstruction of roads and streets of the town as approved for use of the Community Crossings Matching Grant funds, including, without limitation, the road project description, and shall be payable only upon authorization of the Town Council.
(C) The Fund shall be perpetual and non-reverting at each respective year end and shall continue in existence until terminated by a subsequent ordinance.
