§ 32.05 POLICE K-9 OFFICER FUND.

   (A)   A Police K-9 Officer Fund is hereby established to accept donations for related and necessary expenses as follows:

      (1)   Veterinary expenses;

      (2)   Training for both K-9 officer and handler;

      (3)   Reasonable pet supplies; and

      (4)   Replacement cost for K-9 officer.

   (B)   The provisions set forth in this section be retroactive and shall remain in full force and effect as of January 1, 2014.
