§ 32.04 POLICE RESERVES PROGRAM FUND.

   (A)   A Police Reserves Program Fund is hereby established to accept donations for related and necessary expenses as follows:

      (1)   Equipment;

      (2)   Uniforms;

      (3)   Awards; and

      (4)   Meeting materials.

   (B)   The provisions set forth in this section become and shall remain in full force and in effect until their repeal by ordinance on the day of the passage and adoption of this section by the Town Council.
