§ 150.46 RIGHT OF APPEAL.

All persons shall have the right to appeal any order of the Building Commissioner first through the town and then to the Fire Prevention and Building Safety Commission of this state in accordance with the provisions of I.C. 22-13-2-7 and I.C. 4-21.5-3-7.
