The Enforcement Authority is hereby authorized to administer and proceed under the Unsafe Building Law in the inspection of buildings and/or premises, and in ordering the repair and/or removal of any buildings or premises found to be unsafe as specified in I.C. § 36-7-9-4, as amended, or as specified hereinafter.
