The Building and Code Enforcement Department is designated the executive department responsible for the administration of the Unsafe Building Law for the Town, and the Building and Code Enforcement Officer is designated as the “enforcement authority”. The Town Council is designated the “hearing authority” for purposes of the Unsafe Building Law.
