§ 150.02 BUILDERS AND DEVELOPERS REQUIRED TO BE LICENSED AND BONDED.
   Prior to approving prospective construction plans a builder and/or developer must obtain a license from the town and pay the required fee of $100. The builder and/or developer must also obtain a completion bond in the amount of $20,000 made out to the town and an unknown third party. This section shall become effective March 8, 2007.
