§ 93.01 CREATION OF PARKS ADVISORY COMMITTEE.
   There is hereby established a Parks Advisory Committee which shall advise the Town Council concerning parks and recreation functions of the town and shall operate under the supervision and authority of the Town Council. The Parks Advisory Committee shall consist of five members interested in parks and recreation, each of whom shall be appointed by the Town Council for a term of one calendar year subject to the pleasure of the Town Council. There shall be no limitation on the number of terms a Parks Advisory Committee member may serve, but the Town Council may remove and replace Parks Advisory Committee members at its pleasure. The Parks Advisory Committee shall elect a president, vice president, and secretary annually, shall meet at least quarterly, and shall be subject to the Indiana Open Door law found at I.C. § 5-14-1.5-1 et seq.
