§ 90.16 PERMITTED OPEN BURNING.

   The following open fires are permitted, but shall follow the limitations and regulations as set forth in § 90.17:

   (A)   Fires used for celebrating Twelfth Night Ceremonies or for religious purposes;

   (B)   Fires used for celebrating school pep rallies;

   (C)   Fires used for celebrating scouting activities;

   (D)   Fires used for recreational and “cooking purposes,” i.e., campfires; and

   (E)   Farm burning.
