The Town Street Superintendent is hereby authorized by duly adopted resolution to have agents mark traffic lanes upon the roadway of any street or highway where a regular alignment of traffic is necessary. The Town Street Superintendent shall notify the Town Council of his or her actions as soon thereafter as practicable. The Town Council shall periodically, but not less often than annually, ratify his or her actions.
