§ 53.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   (1)   Any person violating any of the provisions of §§ 53.01 through 53.18 shall become liable to the town for any expense, loss or damage occasioned the town by reason of such violation.
      (2)   Any person who shall continue any violation beyond the time limit provided for in § 53.16(A) shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction thereof shall be fined in an amount not exceeding $500 for each violation. Each day in which any such violation shall continue shall be deemed a separate offense.
