§ 53.50 RATES AND CHARGES ESTABLISHED.
   (A)   There shall be and are hereby established for the use of and the service rendered by the sewage works of the town the rates and charges set forth in the following subchapter (collectively, the “rates and charges”).
   (B)   The rates and charges as hereby approved shall immediately become effective for all use and services rendered by the sewage works.
   (C)   This subchapter shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
