§ 53.37 FEES IN ADDITION TO OTHER CHARGES.
   The fees, charges or penalties levied or imposed pursuant to this subchapter shall be in addition to any fines, fees, charges or penalties levied or imposed pursuant to all other ordinances and provisions thereof.
