For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning. Throughout this subchapter, the masculine gender shall be deemed to include the feminine and/or the neuter, the singular, the plural, and vice versa, wherever required by the context.
COMPLIANCE. Compliance with the provisions of the ordinance set forth herein, and any amendments thereto and/or the provisions of this subchapter.
SYSTEM. All of the facilities for collecting, pumping, treating and disposing of sewage owned by the town within the sanitary sewer service area of the town.
TOWN COUNCIL. The Town Council for the Town of Trafalgar.
USER. The owner, lessee or occupant of the property on which the buildings and/or appurtenances that are connected to the system are located.
