A. Department To Have Free Access: The superintendent and his agents shall at all ordinary hours have free access to any place supplied with water service from the town system for the purpose of examining the apparatus and ascertaining the amount of water service being used and the manner of its use.
B. Right Of Entry On Premises Of Water User: All authorized persons connected with the waterworks of the town shall have the right to enter upon any premises furnished with water by the town to examine the apparatus, the amount of water used and the manner of use, and to make all necessary shutoffs for vacancy, delinquency or violation of the ordinances, rules or regulations enacted or adopted by the town.
