8-1-14: PERMITS FOR INSTALLATION:

It shall be unlawful for any person to lay, repair, alter or connect any water line to the town culinary water system without first having obtained a construction permit from the officer or the town clerk, or from the superintendent. (Ord., 10-14-2010; amd. Ord. 2023-01, 1-12-2023)
