8-1-11: SPRINKLING VEHICLES:
Vehicles for sprinkling shall be regulated and controlled by the water department through the superintendent of the water department. All water obtain through a fire hydrant except by the fire department shall be metered and billed at the highest commercial rate. (Ord., 10-14-2010; amd. Ord. 2023-01, 1-12-2023)
