8-1-1: WATER DEPARTMENT AND SYSTEM:
The culinary water department of the town is hereby created. It shall administer the operation and maintenance of the culinary water system of the town. (Ord., 10-14-2010; amd. Ord. 2023-01, 1-12-2023)
