7-1-12: RECORDS MAINTAINED:
The town office shall keep or cause to be kept a record in a book set up for the purpose of all lot conveyances, stating the lot number and description of lots or parts of lots conveyed, the date of conveyance and the name of the person or persons to whom conveyed, together with the amount of money paid for the lot or part of lot.
