The mayor and town council shall file and record in the office of the county recorder an accurate plat of the cemetery owned and controlled by the town, which plat shall clearly show the sections of burial lots which have been disposed of and the names of the persons owning or holding the same and the lots held for disposal. The mayor shall file any additional plats to the said cemetery before offering for sale any burial lots therein. (Ord., 3-8-2012)
