3-1-1: LICENSE REQUIRED:

It shall be unlawful for anyone to operate a business, including, but not limited to, transient property rentals, AIRBNB, VRBO, etc., within the town without applying for and paying the fee associated with such business. (Ord., 9-7-2011; amd. 2016 Code)
