2-1-1: PURPOSE:
The town recognizes that the historical heritage of the Torrey community is among its most valued and important assets. It is therefor the intent of the town to identify, preserve, protect and enhance historic areas and sites lying within the town limits. (Ord. 1992-1, 11-12-1992)
