This Impact Fee chapter establishes the city's impact fee policies and procedures and conforms to the requirements of the Utah Impact Fees Act, U.C.A § 11-36a ("the Act"). This chapter supersedes any prior resolutions and ordinances related to Parks and Recreation, Culinary Water, Storm Drain and Transportation Impact Fees within the city; provides a schedule of impact fees for differing types of land-use development, and sets forth direction for challenging, modifying and appealing Impact Fees.
