A. An owner or the agent or employee of the owner of an indoor place of public access where smoking is prohibited under this chapter who observes a person in possession of a lighted tobacco product in apparent violation of this chapter shall request the person to cease smoking.
B. If the person fails to comply, the proprietor or the agent or employee of the proprietor shall ask the person to leave the premises. (Ord. 2010.06, 9-9-2010; amd. 2014 Code)
