§ 74.03 AUTHORIZATION TO PLACE STOP SIGNS.

The Borough Council is authorized to place stop signs of the form and type approved and authorized by the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT), in the manner required under PennDOT regulations, for all stop intersections.
