§ 153.200 GENERAL.
   For the purpose of this chapter, certain terms and words are defined as follows.
   (A)   Words in the singular include the plural and those in the plural include the singular.
   (B)   Words used in the present tense include the future tense.
   (C)   Words “person”, “subdivider”, “owner”, “applicant” and “developer” include an individual corporation, limited liability company, unincorporated association and a limited partnership or other legal entity.
   (D)   The words “subdivider” and “developer” shall be interchangable.
   (E)   The word “building” includes structure and shall be construed as if followed by the phrase “or part thereof”.
   (F)   The word “watercourse” includes channel, creek, ditch, dry run, spring, stream and river.
   (G)   The words “should” and “may” are permissive; the words “shall”, “must” and “will” are mandatory.
   (H)   Words used in this chapter, but not defined in this chapter, shall be defined in the borough zoning ordinance, or such words shall have their common, everyday meaning.
