(A) (1) Floodplains shall be calculated using the method established in Appendix IV (determination of floodplains), which is adopted by reference as if set out at length herein, and shown on all subdivision and land development plans, where applicable.
(2) The floodplain controls established within the borough zoning ordinance, as amended shall be applied to those floodplains.
(B) The Borough Council may require that vehicular access be provided to each dwelling unit within a subdivision or land development over a street or other approved means of access which is elevated above the level of the 100-year flood.
