The developer shall provide a plan for the surface drainage of the tract, including stormwater runoff calculations and the proposed method of accommodating the anticipated runoff. Stormwater calculations shall be made and drainage facilities designed in accordance with the borough stormwater management ordinance, Ord. 50 as amended and/or the Sacony Creek Watershed Act 167 Stormwater Management ordinance, Ord. 12-2008, as amended.
