§ 153.048 REVIEW BY BOROUGH PLANNING COMMISSION.

(A) A sketch plan shall be reviewed by the Borough Planning Commission at one or more regularly scheduled or special meetings, but shall not constitute an official submission of a plan to the borough.

(B) No official action shall be taken on a sketch plan. The borough shall not be bound by comments made or note made as part of a sketch plan review.
