The Borough Engineer is hereby appointed to administer and enforce this chapter and is referred to herein as the Floodplain Administrator. Borough Council may, in lieu of appointment of the Borough Engineer as the Floodplain Administrator, appoint by resolution any individual that it believes possesses necessary qualifications as the Floodplain Administrator at its discretion. The services of the Borough Engineer or designee shall be subject to fees and charges as set forth in a fee schedule to be adopted and amended by resolution of Borough Council.
