§ 150.152 DEFINITION.
   (A)   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
      DANGEROUS CONDITION. Any building or structure which is unsafe for life, limb and/or health and/or offensive to the public health, safety and/or morals structurally unsafe and dangerous, unsanitary, or deficient in adequate exitway facilities, or which constitute a fire hazard, or are otherwise dangerous to human life or the public welfare, or which by reason of illegal or improper use, occupancy or maintenance, shall be deemed unsafe buildings or structures and/or beyond repair and/or beyond repair.
   (B)   All references in the within this subchapter in the singular and in particular all references to “owner of property”, “property owner”, “property owner’s”, “owner”, and other similar terms shall also be deemed to refer to the plural as may be applicable,
