§ 94.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
   (B)   Any owner, occupant or tenant who shall fail to remove any snow, ice, hail or sleet from any sidewalk as required by § 94.02(A) shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $25 and costs of prosecution, and, in default of payment of such fine and costs, to imprisonment for not more than ten days; provided such fine and costs of prosecution may be in addition to any expenses and additional amounts authorized by law, imposed as provided in § 94.02(B). Each day during which snow, ice, hail or sleet is permitted to remain upon any sidewalks in violation of the terms of § 94.02(A) shall constitute a separate offense punishable as such.
   (C)   Any person or persons violating any of the provisions of § 94.03 shall be fined for each and every offense, fine or penalty of $50 to be recovered in the name and for the use of the borough as debts of like amount are now by law recoverable.
   (D)   Any person who shall violate any provision of §§ 94.30 through 94.41 shall upon conviction thereof in a summary proceeding before a magisterial district justice be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $1,000, together with costs of prosecution. The continuation of such violation for each successive day shall constitute a separate offense, and the person or persons allowing or permitting the continuation of a violation may be punished as provided above for each separate offense.
