§ 93.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person violating any of the provisions of §§ 93.01 through 93.08 or neglecting to comply with any order or notice issued pursuant hereto for violation of any section hereto, shall upon conviction before any district justice, be subject to the payment of a fine of not less than $300 or more than $1,000 and the payment of costs of prosecution for each offense, or shall be subject to imprisonment for a period not exceeding 30 days. Each day’s continuance of any violation of §§ 93.01 through 93.08 shall constitute a separate offense, punishable by a like fine and imprisonment in default of payment thereof.
   (C)   Any person who violates any provision of §§ 93.25 through 93.30 of this chapter shall, in an action before a Magisterial District Judge prosecuted as a summary criminal offense shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to a fine of not less than $100 and not more than $1,000 for each and every offense, and, in default of payment, imprisonment for a term not exceeding 30 days in county prison. Each day or portion thereof for which a violation of §§ 93.25 through 93.30 of this chapter is found to occur shall constitute a new and separate offense.
